New hire onboarding program
Developed and implemented an new hire onboarding program for a client going through a period of significant growth. This required localisation of content and tools, whilst maintaining meaningful alignment with the global organisational culture.
This organisation was big enough to start needing regular HR support and guidance but not quite big enough yet for a standalone resource. They have now benefitted from having access to senior AHRI qualified support when they need it most, as they continue to grow and scale their business, but without the pricetag of an HR Director.
Supported a leading US food delivery tech platform DoorDash to expand their global footprint outside of North America into Australia through period of hyper-growth. This included setting up the Australia human resources function, building the recruitment function and delivering employee engagement projects.
HR Policies & Handbook
Developed a full suite of people & HR policies, templates and an employee handbook. This required translation of the global policies and practices to the local operations and alignment to company culture and brand.
Vision, Mission & Values
This project included the end-to-end development new company vision, mission and values through discovery sessions with leadership and employees. The values were then operationalisated into the everyday vernacular and activities of this organisation through various people and culture iniatives.
Executive Recruitment & Talent Mapping
Partnered with a not-for-profit organisation to build the senior leadership team. Undertook mapping of talent across the marketplace and executive search to fulfil a number of new key leadership roles.
