Annaliese van Riet is a people, culture and human resources leader and strategic thought-partner. She focuses on unlocking potential and scaling your businesses through your people & culture.

Annaliese is a Certified Practicing HR Professional (CPHR) accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Annaliese draws on her experience leading human resources functions to build and strategically align organisational ecosystems that enable high performance & effectiveness, by empowering diverse and inclusive teams, enabling agile skill development and solving critical business problems.

Annaliese has a strong reputation for unlocking organisational performance. Annaliese has worked at the senior leadership level across the spectrum of start-up, scale-up and mature organisations, both private and publicly listed. These experiences have been predominantly through times of significant transition (high growth & contraction, pre-IPO/acquisition and industry disruption). I have performed HR roles across several employment jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe.

Annaliese believes that true innovation and curiosity happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources and opportunity to excel. Her passion is building programs and initiatives that enable organisations to grow and empower more inclusive company cultures and cultivate diverse teams from all backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
